September has been a nice month. We have started our swimming lessons and everyone looks forward to them each Friday. The children are doing well at these. The Senior Room have begun writing stories for a story writing competition and we will soon edit and rewrite these. We have also been working with charcoal, pastels, crayons,…

The Bishop, Michael Burrows, came to visit our school on September 26th 2017. This was part of his Route 66 trip. He spoke on a different book of the Bible at each place he visited. He visited 66 places in total. When he came to our school he spoke on 2 Thessalonians, he spoke about being idle…

Zoe came to our school today.  Zoe is a beekeeper.  She told us about bees.  Queen Bees live three to four years.  Worker bees collect pollen.  Drones are male bees.  Drones are kicked out in the winter.  Zoe showed us bee pictures.  She wore a beekeepers suit. Today we bid farewell to Mrs. Anne McCarthy. Anne has been the Resource Teacher here for over 11 years and, as she retires, we wish her all the best for her future endeavors. We are grateful for all her work with numerous students over the years. She will be missed by students and teachers alike.  

We had our end of year service on June 27th. We sung songs, read a Bible story, presented our projects and received certificates. Then we had ice-cream. We wish Callum, Jamie, Alex and Henry all the best for Secondary School.
