Junior Pupils
The children had a great time working with clay and they made some lovely pieces. Photos shows them busy painting their pieces

GAA
We are going to have 3 G.A.A. lessons this term. We will be practicing our football skills. We hope to learn how to pass the ball, play as a team and take part in small games.

Drama
We have begun our Drama lessons. Donna has selected ‘The Grinch’ as our Christmas play. We will each have a part to play. We will be preforming this on December 22nd in St. Carthages Cathedral at 11 a.m.. Everyone is very welcome to come and see us preform and there might even be mince pies…

Science Week
The children in the Senior Room have been learning about sound. For Science week they designed and made their own musical instruments. Then they played them for the class. The instruments were made from recycled materials.

Shoe Boxes
Pupils were busy during Mid-Term break filling shoe boxes for the Annual Shoe Box appeal.

Construction Work
Pupils in the Junior Room have been busy doing construction work using shapes. They had great fun while learning.

Hallowe’en – Party Time
The P.T.A. organised a party for us. We, of course, had lots of sweets and treats. Then we carved out some pumpkins and decorated them. We had a great time and each family took a pumpkin home for Hallowe’en. A huge thanks to Sally Sandes and Annabelle Massey.

Hallowe’en – Junior Room
The Junior Room presented some stories and poems to the Senior Room. They were really enjoyable and entertaining and they put a lot of work into them.

Setting Seeds
In the Senior Room we have been taking part in a programme called Friends for Life where we are setting the seeds for recognising feelings, learning to relax and focusing on the positive and learning how to be a good friend. We also set seeds for broad beans. We hope that these grow and that…
